  1. Power — p(t)  time rate of doing work; measured in watts          positive power- element absorbs power                                                negative power- element supplies power
  2. Energy— capacity to do work; measured in Joules(J).               
  3. Circuit elements - basic building block of a circuit.
  4. Electric circuit is interconnecting of the elements.
Types of elements:
  • Active  elements -> capable of generating energy
  • Passive elements-> absorbs energy (resistors, capacitors)
  • voltage and current are most important active elements.
Source divided into two:

  • Independent Source-> doesn’t depend on the other elements to supply voltage and current
  • Dependent Source -> reverse off independent source

  1. I’ve got a lot of duties to make.
  2. I’ve been attentive to listen on what our professor has been discussing.
  3. Sharing of ideas. Not literally but were enjoying  it. :D
  4. 1st day of laboratory in circuits: lab reports about COMMUNICATING TECHNOLOGY INFORMATION.
  5. To sum it all, it’s tiring but you will learn a lot.. ;)

What I’ve learned from ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS of Sir JAY S. VILLAN

Circuits is basically means the flow of a certain current and voltage from the source passing through the conductor and through the load. 

I’ve learned also that whenever your’e going to plug something you must wear slippers to avoid “EARTH GROUND”. :D
